Hi Shivam,
Hope you are doing well. Shivam see, there are two things that a company desires in the field of mass communication. First is your skills and second is your knowledge. These two things you will be getting in the best way throughout your journey in NIMC. Rest, truly speaking about campus placements we hardly wait for it because soon before it we manage to find a dream job juat by applying as an intern first and then getting promoted.

Hi Harshit,
The question is very ambiguous. You have not provided any information based on which I can guide you like your career plans, kind of job you want to do, education background, country preference, etc. If you are not aware of these things by yourself then first you should figure out your likes and dislikes and then look for further guidance.

NIBM gives a call based on the CAT/CMAT/MAT (February) scores. Last year, cutoff for CAT was 80 percentile, CMAT 93 percentile. As this time, NIBM is considering MAT Exam, we cannot predict MAT cutoff.

Hello Pratap,
Thapar University is a private college so your category is not considered, everyone is considered as general, so for getting any good branches, you will have to score around 150-160 marks in JEE Mains.
Best of luck.

For general category admission in IIIT-Delhi, a very good JEE Main score is required. In general, a score of 200+ (90+ percentile) will increase chances of getting a popular branch, such as CSE.

Cut-offs change every year according to competition and branch. Also, for less competitive streams, the score range of 170-200 can work. Keep an eye on the cut-off updates that are announced officially by IIIT-Delhi.

In addition, IIIT-Delhi will consider a combination of JEE Main rank and bonus marks (if applicable). For admission, students should score well in math and logical sections.

Hi Girisha,
Career options will be very low if you plan to apply for work after your B.Sc directly. Firstly they don't recognize a 3-year Bachelor's degree. Secondly, without work experience and additional value to your profile why will they hire you? If you want to study you can look for PG Diploma courses but you won't find too many options for PG Diploma in your subjects. You can alternatively check for professional courses in areas of your interest. You can check these and decide:

Unfortunately, there is no good B-school via NMAT which has a cutoff as low as 154. I would suggest you to opt for a retake and try scoring at least 190 so as to eye a decent B-School like MISB-Bocconi or NMIMS-Hyderabad. Good luck!
