No, you cannot. You need to have passed HSC exams with a good score which may make you get a seat at MIT, Chennai.
So, you need to apply only after your 12th board exams.

However if an aspirant didn't appear for any of the above exams, then students have to appear for the PIBMs internal assessment which is known as PMAT, and after completion, the exam student will have to appear for Interview Round as a part of the admission process.

MIT gives scholarships on financial need that is they will check the financial background and verify. They don't conduct any tests as such. You have to apply for financial aid and you will be considered automatically for scholarship when you apply. Please check their website for the process.
