DU only requires best 4 subjects in which one language is compulsory which is English in your case. Other 3 can be any subject that is mentioned in the list given by DU for the specific course. If the subject you are giving is not in that list a deduction of 2.5% will be applicable.
As per the subjects that you've mentioned and according to the general subjects that most people include in best 4, you can choose eng, accounts, eco and best and then your best 4 will be 97.75. If you choose the other two, a deduction of 2.5% per subject would be applicable because painting and PE is not in that list.

You have two ways to join Indian Army after doing B.Sc. In Biology stream. First, You can join in Indian Army through CDSE which is conducted twice in a year by UPSC. In this, one has to clear written examination, SSB, and Medical examination. Or You can join through NCC Special Entry. For this, one should obtain NCC C Certificate with minimum B grade. In this, you don't have written examination.
