Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology provides scholarships for MBA students, offering tuition fee waivers at different percentages. For those applying through NMAT by GMAC scores, there are 10 scholarships each with 50%, 30%, and 20% tuition fee waivers. Similarly, candidates applying through other test scores can avail of 10 scholarships for each percentage category. Additionally, the university offers various other scholarships, including Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship, Alumnus Ward Scholarship, IM Thapar Scholarship, Vimlasons Charitable Foundation Scholarship, Shakuntla-Juneja Memorial Scholarship, and Dipesh Chawla Memorial Scholarship.

The admission to the various schools is subjected to direct admission based on the Merit of the students. Admission can be secured by the applicant both in online and offline mode by filling up the form with their documents attached to it. Find below the steps for both modes of application:

How to apply in Online mode 

Step 1: Visit the official website of Seacom Skills University (SSU) 

Step 2: Click on the Admission tab and fill up the admission form along with the application fees 

Step 3: The verification team will verify all your documents 

Step 4: The admission team will call upon the candidate after the successful verification of the documents 

Step 5: Get admission to SSU 

How to apply in Offline mode 

For offline admission, visit the college campus with all the required documents and report to the Admission Cell, where necessary guidance will be provided to complete the entire process. Find below the steps to follow for an offline procedure: 

Step 1: Collect and fill up the admission form 

Step 2: Submit the form along with the required documents 

Step 3: Verification of documents 

Step 4: After successful verification of the documents make payment at the accounts department

Step 5: Admitted to SSU

Under the LM Thapar School of Management, Thapar University provides a full-time MBA programme for postgraduate students. The programme admits students based on entry, and applicants must fulfill certain qualifying standards. Postgraduate full-time MBA courses are offered by Thapar University (Deemed-to-Be University) under the auspices of the LM Thapar School of Management. The applicants for admission should review the prerequisites for the particular course. An online interview round follows the entrance-based MBA admission process at Thapar University. Additionally, depending on their academic standing and their results on the CAT, NMAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, GRE, and SNAP exams, all candidates must be shortlisted for the next phase of selection.
