In NEET PG 2024 counselling, the security deposit is forfeited if a candidate cancels their admission after accepting a seat. Additionally, candidates who resign from their allotted seats must also forfeit their security deposit, as per the guidelines set by the counselling authorities.

Security Deposit Details:

Candidates are required to pay a refundable security deposit during registration.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has extended the seat resignation period for candidates allotted seats in All India Round 1 and Round 2 until 6:00 P.M. of January 8, 2025.

Candidates resigning within this timeframe will forfeit their security deposit but can participate in subsequent rounds.
