Hi Subhash, congratualations for being shortlisted. Generally IIM-K sends shortlist to a large pool of candidates who qualify the minimum shortlisting criteria. After the candidates fill in their form they are shortlisted on the basis of their response in the form. It is very difficult to say as of now about the chances. But among the students called for GD/PI convert ratio is around 10:1.
Since its too early i wont be able to comment onyour situation. Do well, take your time and fill the forms properly. prepare for GD/PI and WAT properly. You will definitley land into an IIM. All the best :)

No there is no quota as such for PGDM programs in BIMTECH.
Yes, certain points are given to the applicants who are from the Seven sister states and Southern states, but that it constitutes only 3% of the total admission criteria.
And if you are willing to pay more, then there is an NRI category for which the cutoff of CAT or GMAT will drop down to a great extent.
