IFS is Indian Foreign Service and someone entering this service would be working for Ministry of External Affairs. Now the work profile of this service can be understood with the examples of Foreign Secretary and Ambassadors in friend countries. You can opt any two of the available subjects but you should ensure first that you can do better in these subjects. You would be required to improve your general knowledge also along with language communication etc.Regards/
