If you are really interested in Architecture, you should pursue a professional course in Architecture (B.Arch). There are over 7 architecture colleges in Mumbai which offer a course in B.Arch. IIM, Bangalore is not an end all be all, you can reach great heights even without going to IIM, Bangalore.
