Yes, 12th is mandatory for NCHMCT JEE. The eligibility criteria for NCHM JEE is given below.
Eligibility criteria: 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination. Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in NCHM JEE 2020 on provisional basis. There is one college which gives you the option to do training in various companies while doing BBA and MBA in IPS BUSINESS SCHOOL in Mansarover, they gave SAP training also and IIM courses and the procedure is simple, if you are qualified by CAT MAT, then it is easy. Yes, improvement exam will be conducted among the students who are not satisfied with their marks and wants to improve their marks of 12th. Students can enrolls for subjects in which they wants to improve their marks. The higher marks of subjects will be considered in admissions in engineering courses. The application form for the Class improvement exam (CIE) and HSC repeaters will be held in the month of July. Eligibility for BBA admission at CSJMU : Intermediate or 10+2 pass from U.P. Board or other equivalent examination of Arts, Science, Commerce, etc. Students appearing in intermediate may also apply subject to production of evidence of passing the examination at the time of admission. There is a written entrance test for admission conducted by CSJM University, Kanpur which will comprise of objective type questions on general knowledge, general English, arithmetic and reasoning. Group discussion and personality interview will also be held. Therefore, from the above, direct admission in BBA course is not available at CSJMU.

Your question is not enough. If you want to transfer from one to another Polytechnic after completing Ist year, then you can go for it. Transfer between the state polytechnics are very common. Hence, ask your principal and submit your transfer request.
