DAT examination includes computer-based MCQ (objective) test, subjective test and offline drawing test. Objective and Descriptive Test is a Computer Based Test. Where in Objective Test candidates have to choose the correct option, in Descriptive Test they have to write the correct answer in the text box. Drawing Exam is an Offline Test. For this section candidates are provided A4 size drawing sheets to draw using Pens / Pencils / Colours etc. After the exam is over, the answer sheets are collected, scanned and uploaded for evaluation at the test centre.

REVA CET registration link will be available at official website. Students will have to complete REVA CET registration process before the final date. For registration, they will have to provide their basic details. Registration details have to be filled out carefully since it cannot be edited/corrected later. MITID DAT has not released any official syllabus. However, candidates are evaluated on their analytical skills, drawing skills, communcation skills. Know more about the syllabus of MITID DAT exam 2026.

The candidate is also urged to prepare previous year's papers. Another useful tool is sample papers, which is easily available in the market for top exams like NIFT, NID, etc. Use these sample papers.

MITID DAT 2026 eligibility criteria for B.Des and M.Des is given below.

For B.Des programme, candidates should have passed Class 12 from any stream and for MDes programme, candidates should hold an undergraduate degree. 

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for the programs they want admission. Note that any candidate who doesn't meet the eligibility criteria could be disqualified at any stage of the admission process.

It is mandatory for candidates to appear in all the stages of the MITID DAT exam. This means, candidates who have qualified the written exam but doesn't appear in the Studio Test and Interview, he or she will not be included in the final results.

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission mention the number of vacancies in the official notification. These number of UPPSC vacancies are tentative in nature and mostly increased till the final result is declared. The UPPSC released 220 vacancies in the official UPPSC 2024 notification.
