As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so regarding that please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in 'ANY FIELD' with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.

Well to be very true the scope of Agriculture engineering is very limited in India. Not many opportunities are there. Not many farmers or agri agencies really utilize the expertise & guidance of agriculture engineering.
