Yes, you are eligible to appear for the National Eligibility Test (NET) if you have completed your PGDM from an AICTE approved institution. As per the eligibility criteria for NET, candidates who have completed their postgraduate degree or equivalent examination with at least 55% marks from a recognised university or institution are eligible to appear for the exam. The eligibility criteria also state that candidates who have completed their professional degree such as PGDM, MBA, MCA etc. , are eligible for NET if their degree is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Therefore, since your PGDM degree is AICTE approved, you are eligible to appear for NET, subject to fulfilling other eligibility criteria such as age limit, nationality, etc.

The CLAT Exam is a test of one's aptitude and reasoning abilities. It comprises of five sections namely: Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge and Legal Aptitude. Each question carries 1 mark and for every incorrect attempt, 0.25 marks will be deducted. The Mathematics section of the offline national-level law entrance exam will basically have elementary numerical ability questions of Class 10th standard carrying 20 marks. The questions will cover a varied number of topics including Number systems, Algebra, Co-ordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Mensuration, Statistics and Probability.
