Unfortunately, no. It is not possible to get admission to the BHMS courses with 106 marks in the NEET exam. You might get admission to any low-tier private college, but it is also difficult. You can go for other courses such as B.Sc. Nursing, BPT (Physiotherapy), BMLT (Medical Lab Technology), B.Sc. in Radiology, OT Technology, etc. If you want to get admitted to the BHMS course, you are advised to take a drop and appear for the exam again.
