Hi Mariraj,
It depends on how low is your percentage and which all IIMs you are targeting. It seems unlikely for the top IIMs, but you may have chances in the newer IIM.
It is also a function of reservation category, CAT marks and a lot of things. You an check out your chances here :

Dear Chetan,
LMU is one of the world's biggest research based universities. Academic excellence along with research interests should be present and demonstrated. Requirements vary from program to program. It is best if you refer to the website or check DAAD website.
Best Wishes.

As of now there is no notification from DTE on the acceptance of ATMA and MAT scores. Last year any MAY exam scores were not accepted. Cutoff for both exams is 99.9X percentile. Your chances are very bleak.
While MAT is held four times a year, in the months of February, May, September & December in both paper pencil as well as computer based mode.Conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA).
ATMA is held four times a year, in the months of February, May, July & December. Conducted by Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).
Paper pattern for both exams is different. Difficulty level wise they are also on par.
