Auckland University of Technology and University of Canterbury are the best colleges offering PG in Astro physics and/or Astronomics in New Zealand.

There is no syllabus for any entrance exam. I will say download the syllabus of B.Sc and last 5 question papers and prepare well.

First of all congratulations, with 92/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams, 87.56 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam, you can surely secure admission in good colleges across the country. But Admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture would be a little difficult.

Evening stream from commerce background should secure 55% marks in aggregate and 55% in accountancy with passed in English and maths/English. Candidate from B.Com (Hons. ) evening stream from Science background should secure 55% in aggregate and 55% in Mathematics with passed in English Candidate from B.Com (Hons.)

It's a very difficult task to get into Chennai Institute of Technology. Majority of the students with good marks keep this college as a first choice.

You have no chance in IIIT Gwalior at this rank. IIIT Gwalior is a very good college and it needs rank below 30K in general category. Therefore, in OBC, it will be below 10K.

Yes, why not you're eligible to take in Chandigarh University. Admissions are going on so you can either visit their website i.e cuchd.in or visit campus for direct admission and you'll have to visit block -9 of cu for admission purpose and rest they'll guide you properly. And one last thing kindly talk to some seniors who are already doing B.com from CU. I think they can guide you much better about inside stories of the campus (Chandigarh University).
