The faculty overall in RIT is decent. Obviously there are some needles in a haystack. But that is everywhere, even in the leading institutions such as NITs, IIITs and IITs. Most of the faculty members here are supportive, lenient and all of them are either Ph.D. holders or pursuing their Ph.D. right now in the subject.
