Yes, with a 54% PCM aggregate in your 12th CBSE Board exams, you are qualified for a B.Tech at DTU (Delhi Technical University) or IPU (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University). Candidates must have finished their 10+2 in order to get admitted to both universities. However, passing the JEE Mains entrance exam is a prerequisite for candidates hoping to be admitted to IPU or DTU's B.Tech program.
