Hi Sunita, first of all getting admission into HArvard medical school is a task. After you get offer from the University you can apply for scholarship. you can either request the University for scholarships or you can apply for some Indian scholarships meant for students interested in studying abroad.
But to pursue Medical studies abroad and to be able to come back to India for practise you will need to obtain eligibility certificate from Medical Council of India. Upon completion of your course, when you return to India you will need to appear for a screening test to begin your practise here.
