Both the universities mentioned by you (Amity University, GD Goenka University) are equally good. But before you take a hasty decision, it is very important to consider the following parameters:
1. Eligibility:-
Amity University- Candidate must be a graduate or postgraduate in Science /Social Science / Humanity from a recognised University having aggregate 55%. Candidates having B.E. / B.Tech degree in Science/ Mathematics having aggregate 50% are also eligible.
GD Goenka University- Candidate must have completed Graduation in any discipline with at least 50% of marks from recognised university/institute. Also, you will have to apply to Goenka Aptitude Test for Admission (GATA).
2. Affiliation / Recognition:-
Amity University-NAAC 'A' Grade and GD Goenka University-NCTE approved.

Amity University:- The lecturers are experts in their fields and are clearly enthusiastic about their subjects. GD Goenka University- The programme focuses on initiating and enhancing educational discourse by organizing seminars, debates, lectures and discussions for student teachers. The highlights of the Programme are to make the student- teachers organize and participate in intra-institutional and inter-institutional activities on themes of educational significance. A participatory teaching approach is adopted to help student teachers develop reflective thinking and questioning skills. The focus is also on developing research aptitude and critical thinking. Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni has to say about the institute. The Training and Placement Unit of both the Institutes are responsible for providing world class job opportunities after the completion of the course for suitable jobs in the industry and various private and public sector organizations. No institute can guarantee you placements. It's just purely based on how you utilize your abilities and skills at the right time. I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers.

There is a huge difference between the two professional courses. The role and context of both the courses are very different from the angle of the praticle word. However, both the courses belong to the commerce field thus they have a few common subjects too. But you will not much benefited in practice as well as job. The objective of pursuing both the courses from the perspective of knowledge enhancement is effective and you will gain diversified knowledge. But with the perspective to reveal the benefit in a job is not appreciable. The profession of CA has ample opportunities in comparison to CS. What I would advise is choose CA as a primary course and CS as a secondary course. Pay attention to CA rather than CS.
