Yes, if you didn't try JEE Advanced in Class 12 you can take it in your second drop. After clearing Class 12, applicants can take JEE Advanced twice in a row. You still have two opportunities if you did not take the JEE Advanced exam in your 12th year: one right after your 12th year and another the year after (first drop year).
