Depending on the subjects that you have studied in the B.Sc and your comfort level with different areas of Information Technology such as Software, Gaming & Animation, Network & Security, Information Systems or Business Analysis - you can choose a wide variety of PG programs.
If you are good in Maths and / or Statistics, you can also look for program in Data Analysis, which has good scope.
If not Masters, these programs are usually referred to as Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma and mostly offered by colleges.
In Canada, colleges participate in a government program called SPP and if the college you select is a SPP College, then you will only be required to give IELTS (TOEFL will not be accepted).
In general, and IELTS Score of Overall 6 (individual band of 5.5 or more) is recommended. Some programs and colleges may require higher score - namely 6.5.
If the college / university is not under the SPP program, you can also take TOEFL and score equivalent to the above IELTS.
