You need to give the CAT exam and score at least 80 percentile(General category) to be called for a written test and an interview. miminum percent in graduation required is 50% and you may sit for cat when you are in final year or after graduation.

The institute offers part time PGDM courses for working professionals, the fees for which is somewhere between 3-4 lakhs.
