Developing, networking, backed developer, web designer, graphic designer etc. Then prepare for good aptitude solving. After that, you should try to get placed from your college campus. In any case, if you are not able to get placed from your college, you can pursue a certification course in the subject of your interest. Better choose a good institute for this because they will provide you placement assistance on the completion of that certificate course.

Dear Mr. Chandra Sekhar,
Since, you are already aware of your weakness, my recommendation would be to first work to improve this aspect before taking the CAT. In recent years, weightage to the verbal and reading comprehension section has increased indicating that the examiners are really looking for good communication skills-both verbal and non-verbal.
If you do manage to score well in the CAT, selection to any B-school would require you to clear a rigorous interview or group discussion round. These would need not just average but fantastic communication skills. So, take a wise decision and not a hasty one.
All the best.

Dear Neha Mishra,
First preference, you can give to IMS and then to Jaipuria. Anyway, I recommend that both colleges are good. You should enquire about 2016 placements in both the colleges and speak with seniors.
All the best.
