Questions are based on class 12th NCERTS, solve them thoroughly. You can try arranging mock test from coaching or buy their material to understand the approach.

However if your PGDM is equivalent to MBA as per the AIU (Association of Indian Universities) norms then you can be admitted as a Ph.D. student. If the Institute is not under AIU, then you will not be eligible for Ph.D. Thank you.

Yes, of course. Mainly, PCM is required for BCA and you have that already. Also you have Biology. The combination you are having is Excellent. You can't even imagine how many opportunities are there for your career building.
