For BBM, etc you need to complete 12th in regular form and then you can shift to correspondence. However please keep in mind that correspondence bachelors degrees are not recognised by industry and for many PG courses

You can move with Management, Law, Mass Communication, ICWA, CA, CS as options. If you are weak in commerce maybe it is time to choose Mass Communication. Otherwise stick to the others.

It is difficult to recommend Mass Communication to you. But you can work for health websites, magazines. make films on health and well being and continue to serve the community. So you can still use your background. Join a grade A university like Nitte University, Mangalore, Manipal, SIMC, Pune etc.and take it forward from there. I would recommend that you mail Dr.Arunachalam Kumar, Director of Research, and former Dean, College of Medicine, Nitte University. He is a prolific writer and blogger.
