Yes you can take admission in 3 years LLB course without having to appear for entrance exam. There are colleges who offer admission on the merit basis.
LLB is a 3 years long course which has started to be replaced by BA LLB course which is 5 years long. Most colleges these days are preferring to offer BA LLB course to the candidates which can be taken after completing 12th standard. It is mandatory to appear for entrance exam for BA LLB course. The name of entrance exam is CLAT.

Hi, You need to have appeared for AICTE-CMAT / CAT / XAT / MAT /ATMA /JMET - any one of these test and since these test have different toughness level, the percentile scores of different entrance tests will be normalized by using a multiplier. Admission to the PGDM courses at Indira Group of Institutes is based on the merit list created by using the candidate's scores out of 300 marks.

In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, MH-CET, CMAT etc.
Besides the entrance test mentioned above some B-schools in Maharashtra like Narsee Monjee, Bharti Vidyapeeth, etc conduct entrance test of their own like NMAT, SNAP, etc.
