As you have done your diploma, you can try for Lateral entry by giving LEET exam. However, the eligibility may vary from institute to institute, as different institutes have different eligibility criteria.

LLB admission eligibility is at least 3 years graduation degree you should complete it once then opt for LLB
Law allowed after 10+2 is BA. LLB you are in 2nd year of Electronic it is suggested you should complete it once then go for LLB

To be eligible for an MMS or MBA program you will have to give entrance exams such as CAT, CMAT ,CET etc.Based upon the score of such exams will you be able to apply for colleges for MMS or MBA.
Every college will have their own cut offs and selection criteria.

You must have 10+2 or equivalent degree to go ahead with further studies
You should go for Diploma in engineering with Computer science stream which is of 3 year duration after that you can go for
BE OR BTECH in Computer engineering direct in 2nd year
or you can opt for BCA direct in 2nd year as well after that go for MCA
lastly i would like to make you aware that Diploma in engineering is equivalent to 10+2
So opt your career accordingly

There's no minimum percentile required as such, but you can check the cutoffs for the MMS Course at the DTE Maharashtra official website. Depending upon your performance in GD and PI when you apply for PGDM course, you shall be selected.
