The majority of the Servers are on Linux. So if u go for RHCSA+RHCE+RHCVA will be good for u. Citrix also having some impact on server segment but the majority is of Linux. instead of Xen choose KVM cos it is kernel based hypervisor which is faster than xen.

Have one suggestion for you.
The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your course is your own interests and career aspirations. If you want to get into research work you can opt for M.Sc Computer Science (If your BCS is a B.Sc degree in Computer Science or equivalent) or you can opt for MCA in case you want to get into IT profile like Software tester, developer, programmer etc. If you don't want to get technical or research based fields, then you can also plan for MBA. All the programmes mentioned above will offer you bright future.

Try to clear the UGC NET exam to make a career in the education line. Also try to get into M.Phil course in any other university if not DU. You may also give UPSC and State PSC exams as well as exams for the Bank's PO for Govt sector jobs. If nothing appeals then you may still do MBA to get a job in the corporate sector.
