Eligibility criteria and admission requirements varies between universities and also countries. You will firstly require a bachelor degree to pursue a master degree abroad. Most countries do not accept three years bachelor's degree such as Canada and US, however there are exceptions.
Top Universities anywhere in the world requires high academic grades, which is a first class or an upper second class hons. Cut off for MHT CET was 99.xx while for other national exams it is 99.9x percentile. Admission happens through DTE process. Please follow the DTE website for the same.

CAT cut off in HR for Non-domicicle is 70% and for domicile is 80%. There is no stream dedicated for marketing. It depends on electives and course offered. XIMB offers business management course. Its CAT cut off for Non-domicicle is 80% and for domicile is 90% approx. Average package of HR is around 10.5 lakhs pa.
