Mostly these are partial scholarships. They might cut 20% to 50% of your tuition fees. Very few awards are fully funded. You will still need your own money for living expenses and food in the foreign country.

To be honest, it is difficult for average students. Because they don't judge your writing, they only judge your academic merit. Usually students with high percentage (like 80%+) get these awards. But some colleges might have lower cutoffs, so always check the eligibility criteria.

Yes it is true. These are called automatic scholarships. The university only looks at your school marks or college grades to decide. You don't have to write any story or statement of purpose. It is best for students who find writing difficult.

Yes, international students who want to study at American College can apply using the Direct University online application system (Certificate,  Diploma or Advanced Diploma). A few of the documents required to apply are age,  high school certificated, evidence of English language documents, etc. After the submission of the application, the university reviews them. College generally advises the outcome of the application within few days.

But there are some courses at can seem expensive to Indian students such as Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology which costs around AUD 19990 (INR 12.03 L), Certificate IV in Kitchen Management and Diploma of Leadership and Management with tuition fee of AUD 13990 (INR 8.42 L), etc.
