Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA, its a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
Finance.
Marketing.
Human resources.
Operations management, and many more fields.
As per your profile it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue Masters in same or related field, where as if you are interested in management side you can opt to pursue MBA.
If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities.
Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance partial or full tuition fees for the universities.

The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) of India conducts the exam and on the basis of the result IAS, IPS, IFS officers are selected.
It has three-step process i.e.
Preliminary Exam (Prelims)
Main Exam (Mains), and
Interview.
The eligibility criteria to appear in this exam are:
A candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Holds a graduate degree form recognized university.
Age between 21-30 years.
For preliminary test preparation , you should be aware of all the current affairs, plus you should prepare well for general knowledge, you should develop a habit of reading news papers, magazines and journals daily, as this will help you to prepare well for GK and current affairs.
For mains you need to select your subject, and you must have in depth knowledge of the subject you opt for.

US does not recognize a dental degree from India. The person must complete DDS from USA and be licensed through one of the boards (eastern, california, etc.) to be able to practice .Colleges which offer Advanced Standing Program (DDS/DMD) to foreign trained dentists require at least NDEB Part I. Most of the dental schools which offer this program require at least 83%.Foreign dental students can get into the Advanced Placement program of DDS wherein they join in the 2nd year of the program.
Typically, yearly expenses are in the range of US $ 80,000 to one lakh dollar. So, a two year program will cost US $1,60,000 to US $200,000.

Ireland, is one of the finest study destination to pursue studies, there are many good universities in Ireland which offers masters degree in various fields like:
Mechanical engineering.
Civil engineering, and many more fields.
Now coming to jobs, in the present day scenario job situation in UK and the whole of Europe is not very promising due to global economic turmoil and economic recession.
You will be issued VISA only for the duration of your course, and once your studies are over , you need to return back to India.
Moreover getting jobs abroad, is very competitive, as you need to compete with local citizens first and then with the remaining international candidates.
