If he is passionate about creative career as a designer he should have a well structure study plan so as to make sure his seat in any top notch institute. The student can make a time table and can allot their study time for each topic according to their level of competency.

In order to pursue MBA health / hospital management from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. You need to sit for the entrance exam. Some colleges might require MBA entrance exam scores.

Generally, to join bachelor's in pharmacy, the aspirants need to pass 12th in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized board. There is no minimum percentage of marks required for this course.

Please remember every institute has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the institute's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue BBA, you need to be 12th pass from any stream preferably with 50% marks in class 12th, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
Please remember the fee structure, varies from institute to institute overall it may cost you around Rs 2 lacs to Rs 3 lacs or more to pursue BBA.

If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. However, if you're not 10+2 you may take a certificate course and later upgrade to Degree after 10+2. Also, you must first check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose.
