To add on, eligibility criteria for Commercial Pilot is mentioned below :
-You need to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and Mathematics) with 50%.
-Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
-You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
-Next is Private Pilot License which includes sixty hours of flying. A Commercial Pilot Licence may be obtained only after a PPL and 250 hours of flying.

* Below are the government job details after BCA :
- One may work in the Petroleum sector such as ONGC, Bharat Petroleum etc.
- One may even work for Telecom Sector (BSNL, MTNL etc).
- One can be placed as Bank Clerk, Probationary officer, Short service commission for Army and Navy, IAS, IPS, CBI, Groups examinations, RRB and UPSC.
- Opportunities are also available under various ministries. To join any of these organizations the candidates will need to clear the entrance exams or PSC tests.
- BCA candidates can also try for jobs in the electronic data entry departments on a permanent as well as contract basis.
* Salary :
Salary depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience etc. But, to give you a brief idea, the initial salary starts from Rs 15, 000 - Rs 20, 000 per month.

The profile provided by you is not adequate to suggest the universities. You need to have scores of TOEFL/IELTS and GRE as well.Because if your GRE marks are very good (Above 315), and you project beautifully about your skills etc. in your CV and write an excellent SOP, your marks will play a very small role.
Recently when we had a discussion with professors from a few US universities regarding what they look for in a potential graduate student while going through graduate school admissions application packages. While some had clear cut-off's for various criteria like GRE scores or undergraduate GPAs and others didn’t, all were very clear that it was the overall package that was more important than any individual criterion.
