Hi,
Regular is preferred over distance education. In India, B.ED regular is of 1 year duration while correspondence mode takes 2 years.
Madurai Kamraj University is approved by Distance Education Council, so you can plan to take the degree.
The course content, your own expertise and your performance in the interview assures you a good job.

Hi,
As per your preference, there are no colleges/universities across India that offers PhD in Education.
The eligibility criteria for PhD varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the PhD programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
