Hi,
In order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor.
The general eligibility criteria for PHD students are as follows:
In majority of the institutes, master's degree is an essential pre-requisite for a Ph.D.

Hi,
Pursuing MBA is always a good option as it further enhances the career prospects.
However as per your profile, I would suggest to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which specialization to opt in MBA, that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option for you.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work

As per your profile pursuing MBA would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The final selection in MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
