Once you complete a degree programme, almost all universities provide you with a certificate. But it is better to go for the universities which have accreditation like NAAC, NBA, etc. So that you would have more reputation and value.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in law/legal/compliance area then LLB is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.
