You may start your practice and from the day 1 and starts earning. A little patience then sky is unlimited. There are multiple universities from where you can do 5-year LL.B. The LL.B. 3 years regular course is the only way to become as Lawyer. This must be remember here that doing LL.B. Through distance/ correspondence or any other shortcut way can make you ineligible for practicing as lawyer.

Eligibility criteria : 10th class

As per the information available on DU's website, There is no relaxation in eligibility marks for EWS candidates in DU for LL.B. Course. Hence the eligibility criteria of general candidates is applicable for EWS category. The eligibility criteria for general candidates for LL.B. Course of DU's is given below. Eligibility criteria : For General candidates, Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognised as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them.
