Hello Shivansh Prasad, NIET, NOIDA is affiliated with Abdul kalam technological University or AKTU, which is the centralised university in Uttar Pradesh to which all engineering colleges are affiliated. Your desired College in Noida is also affiliated to this university. Hence you need to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the state of Uttar Pradesh for admissions to engineering colleges. Hello, you just need to dial Manipal to know if they accept any student without any examination. Theoretically, deemed to be universities can admit students under management quota without any exam. Also some deemed to be universities admit merit holders of 12th board without any examination. Best wishes to you.
