Consider the above parameters and then take a wise decision after thorough discussion with your peer group, family and faculty at school. And for best results, I may suggest you to personally visit both the universities and interact with the existing batches and also try reaching alumni for clear and transparent review.

Please remember no university or course guarantee job to its students, getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the students.
Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
Atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
