Both the Institutes are comparatively similar. You can go with IILM, however do take actual reviews from the students studying there and only then take an informed decision. If you are flexible enough, do look for other colleges in Delhi, and around Gurgaon like NDIM, etc.

985 seems to be quite a good one. Keep checking their website for the counselling process and seat allotment regularly as you might secure a seat for yourself. Also, do check the website of other colleges as well which take admission on basis of CLAT score, because you have got a really fair chance of securing a seat.

Yes, you can give CAT 2019. Although, chances of cracking it are less, you will get an idea of the outlay of the exam, and it will help you if you want to give CAT 2020.
