The hostel fee at IES College of Technology is nearly INR 12000 per year for both boys and girls. It does not include mess charges. The facilities included in the hostel are rooms, gyms, indoor playrooms, etc. The college has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The hostel fees vary based on various criteria such as the type of accommodation (single bed or multiple beds), AC or Non-AC room, etc.

B.E. / B.Tech in IES College of technology requires that the candidate should have qualified the 10+2 (Higher Secondary) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects compulsory. There should be a minimum mark of 45 % in aggregate (40 % in reserved categories). The admissions are majorly conducted based on the scores of JEE Main and then ahead counseling of MP BE. Lateral entrance into the second year is feasible to Diploma holder in Engineering, or B.Sc. graduates with Mathematics, on comparable percentage terms.
