The Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences cut off is based on the course and category. In the case of B.Tech, the cutoff rank is generally around 4-6 Lacs in JEE Main. Some of the other branches like Textile Technology, Fashion and Apparel Engineering and Textile Chemistry, which are lower ranking courses in NSUT and DTU have cut-offs higher than 10 Lacs and above, which makes them more reachable.

It's moderately competitive—not IIT-level intense, but you do need to put in the work. JEE Main is the golden ticket for B.Tech, and your 12th marks also play a role. Textile branch is the hot favorite (duh, legacy goals), but if you meet the eligibility + do decently in JEE, your chances are solid.

Yes, TIT&S Bhiwani direct admission is possible under certain circumstances. For branches such as textile engineering, you can get a direct admission based on 10+2 merit without an entrance. But for CSE or IT, preference is given to those who qualify in JEE Main or entrance test. Further, some BTech programmes also have a institute-level admission for which personal interview is considered.

Here's the scoop on the hostel mess at TIT&S—and it's honestly a pleasant surprise

The food scene here is fully vegetarian and run on a cooperative model, which basically means students help manage it (under faculty guidance), so there's actual say in what goes on the plate. Menu changes every 15 days—so no, you won't be stuck with the same old dal-chawal cycle forever.

Most students call the food super awesome (yes, those exact words). Hygiene? On point. Service? Really good. And the best part—unlimited food. Yup, seconds, thirds, as many rotis as you want.

Clean dining spaces, solid hygiene standards, and that feeling of eat

These folks don’t just chill—they’re out there actively linking up with top companies, organizing campus drives, career fairs, workshops, and even lining up guest lectures and alumni hangouts to drop some serious wisdom.

Internships? YES
Industrial training? YES
Both are mandatory and the placement cell helps you bag those too.

Thanks to their strong connects, you’ll see big names like Trident, Raymond, Reliance Industries, Vardhman, Infosys, TCS, and L&T Infotech popping up on campus.

The highest package at TIT&S Bhiwani was 18LPA, offered by companies such as Trident, Vardhman and Reliance among others in recent placement seasons. Average packages fall in the range of 4–10LPA, a figure which most sources agree to be the max for an engineering graduation across the board. These are actually strong figures, particularly for the textiles focused branches.

Placements? On point.
TIT&S has a crazy good placement record—almost everyone gets placed! Big names like Trident, Welspun, Jayshree, and Vardhaman are regulars on campus. The top package goes all the way up to ?15 LPA (hello, dream job? ), and the average sits comfortably between ?3–5 LPA. Solid ROI, right?

Coursework that actually makes sense IRL.
The B.E./B.Tech curriculum isn't just textbook stuff—it's tailored to what the textile and allied industries actually need. You get hands-on with pattern making, draping, design, and textile tech. Bonus: the profs are legit helpful and know their stuff.

Campus = Clean, comfy, and kitted
