It would be so much better if you can tell me whats your IIIT and JEE Rank is. The last rank that was closed last year was around 30,000 in SC and OBC. If you're anywhere near, then yes you have chances of getting IIIT Delhi.

There's one good news and one bad news for you. Bad news first, you can't do an M.Tech after pursuing B.Sc. but the good news is, you're eligible to do an MBA in whatever field you like as for MBA, the minimum eligibility criteria is graduation. Considering you're from a science background, I would advice you to go for an MBA either in Event Management and PR, International Hotel Management or International Business Management field. You can choose anyone of the three above mentioned fields depending upon your interest. You can consider institutions like INLEAD, Gurgaon, Amity University and Sharda University for the same.
