Visit the official websites of both the colleges/universities. Both the institutes are good. Also see the placement graph for the last 10 years. Otherwise there are certain institutes like Lovely Professional University, Galgotia Noida, VIT, Pune which provide better education and placements to the students.

It would be so much better if you can tell me whats your IIIT and JEE Rank is. The last rank that was closed last year was around 30,000 in SC and OBC. If you're anywhere near, then yes you have chances of getting IIIT Delhi.
