I would give you the suggestions on the basis of my experience , so you can consider them to be true and implied.
1) Start reading English newspaper. Not only front page (boring ) news, but every part of the newspaper. yes I mean those Bollywood, Hollywood, stuffs too. That will improve your vocab as well.
2) Follow Foreign You tubers. Watch their as many videos, as many times, as you can! Try speaking at the same pace they are speaking, first by reading the subtitles, then without subtitles.
3) Start conversing in English with your friends, relatives etc on calls (this helped me the most)
4) Start blogging. When you learn to frame your feelings into words, you know that you are almost there.
5) keep the zeal of learning new words. And try using every new word you learn in your sentences.
You might find this insane but what I used to do is, turn random pages of the dictionary and write interesting
6) PRACTICE! PRACTICE! PRACTICE!
Words from that page in my diary. And try to use them while conversing with people.

Syllabus of B.Sc CS and B.Sc IT is similar up to 80 to 90% in various universities. Courses on Computer languages, data structure, databases, and networking etc are common. B.Sc degree course program is primarily focused on in the field of Computer Applications such as mobile computing, ERP, SCM etc whereas B.Sc CS degree program primarily focused on subjects with more mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing rather than emphasizing specific technologies. It covers all emerging topic like Artificial Intelligence, BIDW etc. Market acceptance of both degrees are similar. Both degrees can only help you to get only entry level jobs and will require acquisition of PG degrees such as MCA and M.Sc IT/CS for a meaningful career.
IT Product companies prefer B.Tech CSE graduates. In any engineering entrance examination seats of B.Tech CSE are first to be filled. B.Tech CSE is a higher degree over B.Sc CS/IT.
