Yes, Osmania University conducts the general admission of some UG courses like BA, BSc, BBA etc., without entrance exam as it is a merit-based admission. But in case of PG, Integrated and professional programmes, entrance exams (such as CPGET, TS ICET or TS EAMCET) are required. Mode of admission will be totally based on the course.
