Why this only? In every city you will find such ads. Not only this, 10th pass can do 12th directly. BCA without maths and so on. But remember such degrees are not worth the paper on which it is printed. Never go for short cuts, try to pursue a normal and regular degree from any UGC recognized institution.
New Light Institute of Higher Education is not a proper institution. It does not have recognition from UGC and neither it is affiliated to any university.
