No, First and foremost, In IITs MCA course is now closed. They do not offer MCA course now. They closed this course from the year 2008. Now, the IIT JAM exam is the Entrance Test for the M.Sc. Course by which you get IIT for it. But You have an Entrance Exam named NIMCET for MCA course in 10 NITs. You can prepare for this exam if you want to do MCA. You can also give the IIT JAM exam for the M.Sc. Course in IITs.

I think that you should get an MBA after your M.Com. So far you are pretty knowledgeable (or supposed to be, at least) on Accountancy, Accounting standard, and to some extent corporate finance. An MBA will teach you much more. MBA programme will enable you with theoretical, as well as practical knowledge. It will also groom for the corporate jobs.
