Yes you can do MBA. Since you are a graduate of 1985, you must have had good work experience by now. So it will be better if you opt for distance education mode from a UGC approved reputed institute which has a learning centre located in your city or near to it. You may choose out of Symbiosis, SMU. ICAFI etc and contact them. Some of them like SMU have two session each year, so you may join the one beggining form July-August. For choosing the right institute understand their procedures for conducting exams and see which one will be favorable to you. For example Symbiosis conducts it through the net but for SMU you need to go the nearest centre and give the exam on computer. I suggest you ersonally visit learning centre and talk to the franchisee owner in detail.

Plan of action-
For Part-A, you can go through basic science books and NCERT text books up to 10+2 level.
For Part-B, you need to be thorough in all the areas of chemistry from 10+2 level to undergraduate level. Everything is important here.
For Part-C, choose any area of chemical sciences i.e, either organic or inorganic or physical, depending on your taste and specialization at PG level.
Always choose right books and solve the previous question papers in a logical manner. Adding more, books that you can refer-

Adding more, after the final course, you need to undergo a five-day Training Orientation Program, which precedes the actual training of 15 months.
The 15-month training is followed by a practical training, which is of three-month duration. In practical training, you'll work with a company or an independent company secretary practitioner as an intern to get hand-on knowledge and training about the roles and responsibilities of a company secretary.
