Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Certification is awarded by the FPSB Limited and is one of the most prestigious Financial Planning qualifications that are recognized and respected internationally by the financial community.
A CFP Certification is considered a mark of excellence for individuals in terms of education, experience and work ethics and opens up many career opportunities for them in financial advisory services as well as financial services sector in general.
The opportunities are plentiful and growing fast across the globe. Companies such as JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, Citi Bank, Franklin Templeton, HDFC Bank, Kotak, American Express, Reliance, HSBC Bank and ING are a few among the various market leaders that actively recruit CFPs.
Eligibility- A candidate must possess knowledge necessary to become a Financial Planner. To prove this, a candidate must have completed 6-module CFP Certification Education Program through an authorized education provider and pass Exams 1-4 that are facilitated by the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
Concentrating on CFP is advisable. You can explore CPA or CFA after that but may be later.

The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) use the test as an important component in selecting students for the business administration programs.The test is conducted every year by one of the IIM's based on a policy of rotation.There will be two separately timed sections in the test. Once a section ends, candidates can no longer go back to it. The sections are
(a) Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation
(b) Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning.
Each of the sections will have 50 questions with a duration of 1 hour and 10 minutes. Including a 15-minute tutorial before the start of the test which candidates are advised to go through, the total duration of the test will be 2 hours and 35 minutes.
MBA has been gaining a lot of importance due to growth opportunities and the promising career that it offers. CAT is an entrance exam to do the MBA from top most institutions present in India.
