Yes, you can apply. AIIMS MBBS 2020 exam has been replaced by NEET. The exam will be managed by the All India Institute of Medical Science AIIMS New Delhi. A Higher Secondary (10+2) qualification from a recognised educational Board. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (general) and 45% (SC/ST) at the 10+2 level. Students having completed 10+2 in the Commerce stream are generally given preference, although students from Science or Arts streams are also welcome to apply for the course. Mathematical aptitude and good communication and problem-solving skills.

I think u should first try for CAT and if u clear CAT with good percentile and get a best college then go for MBA with best college after completing MBA with top colleges u will definitely get an good packages. Or if u want secure job and permanent job start preparing for government. Exams and work hard for it both are the best option its totally depends on your interest and how you work on this
